We are a 4 building, multi-tenant condominium and we had Franz replace 17 gate valves, repaired 2 pipe leaks, removed a water softener and put in a new sump pump. They came prepared and did the whole job in 2.5 hours. No soldering all pro press. Excellent work.

Franz plumbing did an amazing job with the plumbing for our basement remodel! Work included rough plumbing for our wet bar and full bathroom we added down there, including new underfloor plumbing. Super responsive, did a great job, and for a great price. Would 100% recommend them for any plumbing work.

Can I give more than 5 stars? A great job by Franz, came out quickly to solve a huge problem we had. The water heater had sprung a leak and it was installed behind a partial wall. They solved the problem and installed a new water heater.

I used Franz recently to replace my cast iron plumbing stacks with PVC. They were affordable, responsive and did a really great job. I will be using them for all of my upcoming plumbing needs and referring them to clients as well.

With one day notice came and fixed a toilet problem and installed a garbage disposal. Did the work quickly and professionally at a fair price. The tech was friendly and cleaned up the work area perfectly. Very pleased with the work.

Jeff returned call on a Sunday, and scheduled service for Monday morning. Arrived promptly. Replaced sump pump, needing to pump out the crock into an existing drain pipe. Cleaned up well. Price was very reasonable compared to other estimates received

Franz has done two projects at my home in the last year. Both times they did a great job on the project and arrived as scheduled. They are true to their word and their commitments. While I never hope to have more plumbing work, I am sure I will use them again next time I have a need.

I highly recommend Todd and Franz Plumbing. I reached out about a leaking kitchen sink, and Todd was quick to respond and provide a quote that was $200–$300 less than another estimate I received. He was able to come the very next morning and said he would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.—and he showed up right at 8:00. After finishing the repair, Todd explained that he noticed another issue that needed attention. He was clear that it was urgent but manageable. When I asked for a rough estimate, he explained that he prefers to prepare estimates from the office to ensure accuracy. True to his word, I received an estimate via text later that afternoon which included another small project that I had asked him about. I had intended to write this review sooner but kept getting distracted—then I received a thank-you card in the mail. Completely unexpected and unnecessary, but very appreciated. Great job and great price. My water heater started leaking and Franz came out within a couple of hrs and had everything resolved. 6yr warranty on the new water heater too. Will use again.

Kitchen sink was plugged. I ran a snake and it didn't help. I contacted 3 companies recommended to me via their websites and Franz was the first to contact me and within an hour had someone out to fix it and they did an outstanding job! Highly recommend.

Todd & team did ALL of the plumbing work to put a new full bathroom (toilet, sink and shower), bar sink and plumbed refrigerator in our basement remodel. This also included underground plumbing work, adding another floor drain, moving a water softener, AND installing two new hose bibs outside in subzero weather in January! He and his team communicated well, showed up on time and did fantastic work for a great price! And all their work passed three different inspections with flying colors. I will absolutely have Todd & team return to do future plumbing projects at our house. They were a joy to work with!

Awesome plumbing company. I called Sunday afternoon and received a call back in less than 5 minutes, plus had a new water heater installed by 11:30 Monday morning.the installer was really nice and cleaned up after himself ☺️.

I need a new water heater, it's old. I called around and Franz plumbing was only one of a few people that got back to me in a timely manner. Very responsive. That alone is worth a lot. Todd got back to me with a fair-priced quote! Looking forward to NOT installing this myself.........

Franz plumbing went above and beyond for my small business. We were in a pinch with a broken sump pump.
